Sleeping too late and waking up late are main causes.
not urinating in the morning.
skipping breakfast
Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring, and artificial sweeteners.
Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. (as much as possible, reduce cooking oil when frying, which includes even the best cooking oils like olive oil. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except if the body is very fit.)
Consuming raw (overly done) foods also add to the burden of liver.
No breakfast - people who do not eat breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level. This leads to an efficient supply of nutrients in the brain causing brain damage. (Except if you are in prayer and fasting).
Overeating - it causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental power.
Smoking - It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer's disease.
High sugar consumption - Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of protein nutrients causing malnutrition and may interfere with brain development.
Air pollution - the brain is the larger oxygen consumer in our body. Inhaling polluted air decreases the supply of the oxygen to the brain, bringing about the decrease in brain efficiency.
Sleep deprivation - sleep allows our brain to rest. Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate the death of brain cells.
Head covered while sleeping - sleeping with the head covered, increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and decreases concentration of oxygen that leads to brain damaging effects.
Working your brain during illness - working hard or studying with sickness may lead to decrease in effectiveness of the brain as well as damage the brain.
Lacking in stimulating thoughts - thinking is the best way to train our brain, lacking in brain stimulation thoughts may cause brain shrinkage.
Talking rarely - intellectual conversation will promote the efficiency of the brain.

Bro. Noel Baet gave the spiritual thought. This training was conceived during the Bishopric meeting of Tandang Sora ward and seconded during the PEC meeting of said ward.
Bishop Medina was there to see to it that the said activity runs smoothly.
The most awaited part was the actual demo. Some were able to make an excellent looping, some were able to make a triangle type of looping. What we focused was to make an almost perfect circle type of looping. If you were here, can you make it?
The leaders are the followers. To produce good leaders is not an easy task, but children are good imitators so we have to teach them by example. These children may be the leaders of this country. Mind setting them early in the morning with the positive approach is quiet good.
The rights of these kids should be appreciated well. We parents, it is our obligation to nurture these kids.
Playing with spiritual approach was tested long time ago. Enjoying this privilege was recorded ever since humanity keep their own records.
Noel Baet and Rose Baet are our local leaders and they only do the best that they can so the children can imitate the good attributes of a good leader.
