The inspirations behind ADVALUE FASHION ACCESSORIES: Advalue Fashion Accessories was started on the last quarter of 2001 where designs were all inspired from the usage of the Philippines' indigenous materials and to compete globally, quality standard was strictly imposed. Cost wise we are cheaper compared to other factories. The output alone speaks to the peak level of quality as it is made carefully by expert handcrafters whose livelihood is this industry. It started with the name serencio_club. The name derives from the group of piece workers whom I lead to subcontracts and job outs all Advalue Fashion Accesories' orders and requirements. Serencio_club existed long before Advalue Fashion Accessories was conceived. I am very happy that it started with 5 local handcrafters whose talents are incomparable to other areas in the region. |
Current headcount of job outers including sub-contractors reaches already to more than 200 people. We have 3 full time designers. We designs for 2008 usage already. Product lines are from necklaces, earrings, bracelets, anklets, bag and bag charms including key chains.
I built this factory to support also other community organizations like the ABELLANA NATIONAL SCHOOL RESCUE GROUP and the FREE legal assistance offered through CRCAI. As of now, we were able to assist these groups to be efficient on the render of their services by personally training them formally and informally depending on the needs. We focused on updating some technicalities on online services.
