Atty. Simplicio L. Jorgio

Atty. Simplicio L. Jorgio, the man of many actions, is the current corporate legal counsel of the Confederation of RICODE Community Association, Inc.  Formerly the Chief Legal of the Bureau of Customs, Cebu City, a humble man but a very tough guy.  His performance was also posted in the local news of China, wowwwwwwwww.....I thought at first that he is only famous in the local news of Cebu, I was wrong then.

Atty. Simplicio L. Jorgio was with the CRCAI after he retired as a Chief Legal of the Bureau of Customs.  His personal vision and mission was also aligned with the vision and mission of the CRCAI.  He loves to work and still practicing as a private lawyer.  This is his personal conviction "to love God is to love Humanity".

I'd seen these two guys namely Atty. Jorgio and Roger V. Amante working in tandem like father and son many times.

Tips from the CRCAI's free legal assistance.

Don't be a VICTIM!  Before you enter a contract you have to see to it that both parties are winning.  It is not fair if the other or one of the party is losing because of the fraudulent act of the other party.

Well there are people out there who are good at it, falsifying documents.  They master this strategy to gain power at the expense of their victims.  And if you will just keep quiet the more they will victimize the poor and the innocent people.  Every person has the right to be happy and no one is allowed to harm other person.  It is a universal law, that every person has no authority to harm other people at any extent.  And that is what CRCAI's objectives were based on, to give a free legal assistance to human rights victims.

Lesson #1:  Falsification of public documents.

Falsification means misrepresentation or alteration of documents.  Sometimes this can't be detected easily.  There are instances that it will only be discovered after 5 years, 10 years and so on(click here to see sample).

And if ever their modus is detected,  they can easily  respond to you I believe we are right legally and morally or we will release if he says......beware of these over used words.

Where is now the moral here?  Why let somebody agonize the pain for so many years?  If the other party has good intentions, then he is obliged to be consistent in his thoughts, deeds and works.

Heirs of Bibiana Cabarrubias are the organizers of CRCAI

HISTORY OF CRCAI: CRCAI or Confederation of RICODE Community Association, Inc was organized through inspirations of the rights of the heirs to get back their properties which was being used for commercial purposes by another entity. Mr. Rogelio "Roger" Amante and his siblings including incumbent Cebu City Councilor Roberto "Bobby" Cabarrubias are the heirs of the late Bibiana Cabarrubias and were the organizers of CRCAI also. The Cabarrubias' and the Amante's were shocked upon knowing that lot 477 in uptown Cebu was already owned by a certain entity where the original title of the land was still in their position. BIRTH OF FREE LEGAL ASSISTANCE SERVICES: How come?  The only words were always uttered by the concerns.  Thus, the birth of the FREE LEGAL ASSISTANCE SERVICES extended by the CRCAI.

"If they can do these things to the property owners, how much more to those who have no properties and asking only the help of the community or people's organization to avail and owned a small property?

Or let's put it this way, did the applicants availed the properties not disturbed so much on their financial counterpart especially on internal contributions."

The other property owner Mr. Joselito Rallos who has the same problem with the Cabarrubias' and the Amante's won already in the court and granted to them back their rights and privileges over the said property while the Amante's were still claiming their rights over the court.

Mr. Rallos property was situated beside lot no. 477 of the Cabarrubias' and the Amante's.
