Last July 2, 2007, the corporate officers of CRCAI namely Atty. Simplicio Jorgio and the chairman Mr. Roger V. Amante visited the regional office of the Commission on Human Rights to update the CRCAI's program on free legal services extended to some human rights victims.
The meeting was a successful one and the sharing of ideas will go on from time to time through internet or offline.
Atty. Alejandro P. Alonso, Jr. is the CHR Regional Director in region 7. Atty. Alonso was so excited when meeting his old friend Mr. Roger Amante. Both personalities have good missions even long before the CRCAI was conceived in 1993. Atty. Alonso is also teaching part-time to impart and instill to the aspiring lawyers the importance of every person's rights in the community and promised to continue serving humanities after retirement.
