How to make Sweet and Sour Sauce?

HOW TO MAKE SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE?

Ingredients:
¼ c. vinegar
1/4 c sugar
¼ tsp. salt
½ c stock or water
2 tsps. Cornstarch dispersed in 1 tbsp. water
1tbsps. cooking oil
2 tbsps. Tomato or banana catsup

Procedure:
Combine vinegar, sugar, salt, stock and cornstarch. Set aside. Heat cooking oil. Fry tomato catsup. Add the vinegar mixture and boil until thick.
