HOW TO MAKE SHRIMP ROLLS?
Ingredients:
1-2 tbsps. Sugar
2 tbsps. Calamansi or lemon juice
¼ cup soy sauce
½ k. medium-size shrimps
2 tbsps. Worcestershire sauce
15 pcs. Lumpia wrapper
1 tsp. salt
½ medium size carrots in 2” pieces
1 bunch green onion, in 2”pieces
Procedure:
Prepare marinade by combining sugar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce.1 tsp. white wine and calamansi or lemon juice. Shell shrimps, leaving tails. Devein. Wrap shrimp with 2-3 strips each of carrot and spring onion in lumpia wrapper. Roll with cornstarch paste. Deep fry. Serve hot.
