HOW TO MAKE PUTONG CUCHINTA?
Ingredients:
1 recipe galapong
1 ½ c brown sugar
1c water 3 tbsp. lye
Procedure:
Add water, brown sugar and lye to galapong. Stir will to blind. Spoon mixture in cuchinta molds or small muffin pans, filling molds 2/3 full, steam over boiling water for about 15 min. cool cutchita before removing from mold. Serve with grated coconut.
