HOW TO MAKE LUMPIA SHANGHAI?
Ingredients:
½ k lean pork, finely ground
1 tsp. salt
¼ k shrimps, chopped finely
50 pcs. lumpia
¼ k onions, chopped finely
wrapper
oil for frying
mushroom ( chopped )
1tsp. vetsin
Procedure:
Mix thoroughly all ingredients except lumpia wrapper and oil for frying. Take a heaping tablespoon and roll in lumpia wrapper. Make a long roll about ¾ inch in diameter. Cut to 2 inch pieces using very sharp knife. Deep fry. Serve with soy sauce and calamansi or sweet and sour sauce.
