HOW TO MAKE GALAPONG?
(Basic Recipe)
Ingredients;
2c. rice
½ tsp. salt
½ c. boiled rice
1 ½ c water
Procedure:
Wash rice, soak in water a few hours add boiled rice and grind fine. Galapong should have the consistency of medium thick batter.
I believe technology can make us prosperous and prosperity is in our hands.
Is this the galapong for palitaw or for ilocos empanada?
