HOW TO MAKE PORK ASADO? Ingredients: 1 kilo pork pigue, cut into cubes 1 pouch (136ml) del monte vinegar 1 laurel leaf 1 head garlic crushed 1 onion, sliced 2 medium potatoes, cut into chunks and fried 1 each red and green bell pepper, cut into strips Procedure: Marinate pork in a mixture of del monte vinegar, half of the garlic, laurel leaf, 5 tbsp. brown sugar, 3 tbsp. soy sauce and 1/4tsp pepper for 30 min. Allow to boil, then add ½ cup water. Simmer for minutes or until pork is tender. Set aside. Saute the remaining garlic and onion. Add pork steak, potatoes and bell peppers. Simmer for 3 min.
