HOW TO MAKE MAZAPAN DE COCO? Ingredients: 2 c. fine dessicated coconut, packed 1/3 c. evaporated milk 1/3 c. water 1 ½ c. light brown sugar 2 egg yolks 1 tbsp. butter ½ tsp. vanilla Procedure: Combine first 4 ingredients, cook over low heat until thick. Add egg yolks and cook until very thick, stirring continually. Remove from fire, add butter and vanilla. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased sheet and bake in moderate oven until golden brown. Wrap in colored cellophane.
