The author would like to commend Wynzdel on her endeavor by giving free technology on fashion accessories' making. The picture was taken during her JS prom held in Montebello Villa Hotel, Cebu City, Philippines.......when she was still 15 years old. This would be fun and exciting making money at home. But she was excited more on her trips to manila, a sort of behavioral modification or something spiritual. Wynzdel sitting 3rd from left, this trip were composed of 4 branches. Taken in Lahug, Cebu City. For Manila, Philippines.

Mr. Ignacio D. Salutan invited me last February 4, 2006 for the new beginnings of humanitarian tasks, to organize a coop. Mr. Salutan is like a brother to me and he is known to be a father in our neighborhood. What a guy!
That day the formation of the coop was not yet finalized. Last February 19, 2006 Mr. Salutan was assigned to prepare the cooperative's constitution and by-laws and coordinate with concerned government agencies regarding the application for registration with the CDA.
Mr. Salutan gave me the souvenir magazine of the Induction of officers of the San Jose de Mabolo Multi-purpose cooperative.
Yes there is a need for a cooperative in Mabolo according to Mr. Salutan. He said that so many cooperatives in the country start with their humble beginnings at Church parishes.
The rationale behind the choosen name is that it evoked the name of the Mabolo patron saint and by associating the cooperative with St. Joseph, it will easily develop its identity and ensure trust and confidence in the cooperative.
The coop have so many plans for the year 2007 and 2008 Mr. Salutan said. The coop wanted to have a livelihood projects to all members to alleviate their living conditions. Some private entities tied-up also with the cooperative and it drives smoothly according to plans.
Mr. Ignatio Salutan is currently the coop treasurer and you can talk to him live for any updates on volunteer works, activities and donations at cel.no. +639193742796. Donations are accepted here.
April 14, 2007 - the rescue group will have their regular volunteers job in HABITAT at Dumlog, Talisay City, Cebu, Philippines. They will be constructing houses made of bricks and the groups first task for this day is to make bricks then other development follows.
Below are their pictures on trainings at different locations:
Lots of training, more exciting and up coming events are more challenging for 2007. The founder Ms. Cydtheresa V. Gabor welcomes those individuals who want to volunteer and be trained. No training fee is required.
There were hills affected by the El Nino in Northern Cebu. In as much as the technology is concerned, the most efficient plantation area is not the rocky mountain of cebu but the place of Northern Mindanao.
Some parts of Northern Mindanao are rocky but rainful is abundant unlike Cebu that during summer the temperature goes higher as expected. Northern Cebu is warmer than before and becomes more warmer every summer.
To gain more in this venture is to consider and adapt the characteristics of the specie called JATROPHA (a perennial plant). Jatropha can thrive even on hot weather condition but the harvests are not the same as those yields from Northern Mindanao. Why plant on the area where big inputs are required? The equation is very simple. Planting Jatropha in Northern Cebu requires manpower and some machineries to irrigate the field to have good harvest.
While planting Jatropha in Northern Mindanao requires little manpower and machineries because of the abundance of the rain the whole year round and the harvest is not only good but a better harvest compare to Northern Cebu. In business, we should always consider the reasonable profit of every venture. Thus, BIG PROFIT = YIELD - VERY LOW COST OF PRODUCTION.
The author was able to talked to the founder of ANSRG on their undertakings, surprisingly the group was created because of one of the tragic incident more than 3 years ago.
The story was never been untold everytime there was an activity of the group be it in training or actual rescue operations.
I am posting their vision and mission and I hope we will not get involved only during hard times. Let's not wait a tragic incident to happen before we act. I personally give my salute to the Founder for the job well done.
HISTORY
The Abellana National School Rescue Group has been inspired by the tragic incident that happened to student named Alain Dave Ravina on the 24th of July 2003, who was fatally hit by an astray bullet on his head. Seeing this bloodied student lying on the ground and being stared at by other students, made the founder and organizer decide that it's about time a rescue group is organized in a school.
MISSION
A school base rescue unit embodied with the principle of volunteerism and importance of the preservation of life, dedicated public servant through proper training, civic mindedness and humility in the discharge duty as a volunteer rescuer.
VISION
Reduce the frequency of fatalities in disaster occurrences through information dissemination, conduct of training to fellow youth and extend a helping hand to other government agencies in the same cause.
What I wanted most in the community organizations are their VISION and MISSION. But understanding it in this worldly frame makes me worried if the GOALS laid out of the latter are attainable not sacrificing the member's image including but not limited to their financial status.
As I go along with so many experiences-encountered during the journey-it is the instinct and discipline that enlightened my mind to verify their PRIMORDIAL TASKS.
CRCAI the acronym of CONFEDERATION OF RICODE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, Inc. submitted to me the tasks I am asking.
Per board resolution, their trust fund is for:
ALL MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE, HOUSING CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS AND LAND ACQUISITION WITH DEVELOPMENT, ENVIRONMENTAL/LIVELIHOOD PROGRAM, AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION/LIVESTOCK RAISING, FISHER FOLKS AND WASTE MANAGEMENT, BIO GAS MANUFACTURING.
Well, it's quite good and I will personally monitor this association in as far as I could in visiting their project sites if there's any.
